Hotel Management Solutions – Tools for hotels to manage bookings and operations.

Food Ordering & Delivery – Customers can place orders with partner hotels/restaurants.

Order Tracking – Real-time updates on food preparation and delivery.
We are a platform connecting customers with hotels/restaurants. FoodGo does not cook, prepare, or package food. The responsibility for food quality and safety lies with the hotel/restaurant.
4. Payments

All payments must be made using the secure options available on FoodGo.

Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes, service fees, and delivery charges (if any).

FoodGo is not responsible for incorrect payment details entered by users.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.

FoodGo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Delivery partners are independent contractors and not employees of FoodGo.
6. Hotel/Restaurant Responsibilities
Hotels and restaurants using FoodGo are solely responsible for:

Maintaining food hygiene and quality standards.

Preparing orders accurately and on time.

Providing correct descriptions, prices, and availability of menu items.
FoodGo acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, freshness, or accuracy of food orders.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel orders as per the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Hotels and restaurants may cancel orders due to unavailability, in which case customers will receive a full refund.
8. Limitation of Liability

FoodGo is not liable for indirect damages such as dissatisfaction with taste, loss of time, or missed deliveries caused by external issues.

FoodGo is not responsible for health concerns, allergies, or issues arising from food consumed. Customers should check ingredients before ordering.

Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the disputed order.
9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, software, and content on FoodGo are the property of FoodGo.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use FoodGo’s content without prior written permission.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
FoodGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Repeatedly violate policies.

Abuse customer support, delivery staff, or partner restaurants.
Termination may result in loss of access to services without compensation.
12. Changes to Terms
FoodGo may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/app with a revised effective date. Continued use of FoodGo after changes means you accept the new Terms.
